Behind Hustle and Brand
Hi, I’m Yana Grant, a business woman, born and raised in Long Beach, California. My hustle started at Long Beach Poly High where I would give up lunch with friends to sit with my career counselor to discuss my future my junior year. When it came time, my student-counselor relationship was so strong I would be recommended for scholarships as they came in the door. My brand spoke for me when I wasn’t in the room from those who advocated for me.
Due to my commitment to continually build relationships, I was offered internships across the country every summer from freshman year to even days after graduation from Howard University. My involvement on campus opened doors to exclusive leadership conferences and opportunities.
